Location and pickup identifier are confirmed before any bag is collected.
Mismatch example: if the identifier or bag count doesn't match, the driver rescans (up to 3×) and reports rather than collecting.
Inspection check
- GREEN — Proceed— Bag looks clean and intact. Scan and collect.
- YELLOW — Caution & rescan— Something's unclear. Re-check and rescan (up to three times).
- RED — Stop & report— Do not collect. Stop, document, and report the issue.
Yellow allows up to 3 rescans before stopping.
Nothing living
A living animal or biological concern is never collected — stop and report.
Report an issue
